Care & Prayer

Life is tough, and many are hurting. So we’ve put together teams that can help. Trinity provides spiritual, emotional, physical and practical care to our church family and for those in need in our community. If you, or someone God has put you in relationship with, have a care need, we would love to support and pray with you. Please call the church office at 952.435.5548 during business hours, or for emergencies occurring after business hours, call 612.670.1528.

Care Ministries:

Car Care: Provides regularly scheduled car care clinics for those in need (i.e. widows, immigrants, etc.), and assists with evaluating and possible execution of repairs to vehicles.

Faith Community Nurses: Promotes wise stewardship of physical health through education, and provides visits to those with physical, emotional or mental ailments/injury for encouragement and to assess medical support and needs for which the church can provide help.

Financial Health: Provides biblical counsel on budgeting and wise use of money through education and budget mentorship.

Freedom in Christ: We believe that when we’re restored through Jesus that we are also called to help others in the restoration process. This ministry exists to lead people—through the power of the Holy Spirit—to break free from personal and spiritual conflicts to a renewed or brand new relationship with Jesus Christ. We do this by replacing the lies of our fallen world with the truths of God’s word, empowering people to saturate their lives with Jesus and ground their faith in gospel truth. If you would like to set up your own personal Freedom In Christ appointment with trained facilitators, contact Valerie Beck.

Funeral Assistance: Provides spiritual support to Trinity families through times preceding and following the death of a loved one through funeral planning and providing a simple reception and meal following the service.

Meals: Provides meals for families in need (i.e. after birth of a child, following surgery, family crisis, etc.) as a bridge until other groups connected to the individual/family can provide for them.

Transportation and Moving: Provides assistance in moving households, transportation to doctor appointments, church events, or to deliver meals and other forms of assistance to those who are unable to drive or access transportation.

Visitation: Provides spiritual care through regular visits with those who are sick, hospitalized, incapacitated, or unable to attend church, by sharing encouragement from God’s word, prayer, a listening ear and communion.
