Trinity provides spiritual, emotional, physical and practical care to our church family and for those in need in our community. If you, or someone God has put you in relationship with, have a care need, we would love to support and pray with you. Please call the church office at 952.435.5548 during business hours, or for emergencies occurring after business hours, call 952.392.0734.

Care Ministries:
Whether you are looking to receive care or step in to serve others, we offer a variety of ways to get involved through our Care Ministries.
Care Team:
This gifted and compassionate group of deacons and deaconesses serves as our front line of care. Commissioned by the church, each deacon or deaconess is assigned to a group of individuals living in a specific geographic region (Regional Care Group). When a care need arises, these men and women respond by offering support and by mobilizing other Care Team members as needed.
In addition, our Care Team helps connect individuals with helpful resources and, when appropriate, may offer financial assistance through Trinity’s Care Fund for needs such as groceries, transportation, or medical expenses.
If you have a care need or would like to learn more about serving on the Care Team, please contact us here.
“Love in Action” Volunteers: Everyone at Trinity is encouraged to tangibly show the love of Jesus by serving others. God has created us in His image and uniquely gifted each of us to carry out the good works He has prepared for us to do (Eph. 2:10).
To help mobilize our church family when needs arise, we’ve created the “Love in Action” card. This is a simple way to share your gifts and passions, whether that’s preparing meals, running errands, or doing yard work, to help someone in need.
By completing a “Love in Action” card and sharing your gifts, you help our staff and Care Team connect needs with willing hands. This creates opportunities for each of us to experience the joy of serving God and caring for others.
K2F Adoption & Foster Care Ministry: The Bible tells us we are adopted into God’s family through Jesus. Earthly adoption reflects this beautiful picture of the gospel. That’s why we started the Kids to Families (K2F) adoption and foster care ministry. More than offering financial assistance, K2F seeks to support prospective parents — and those in their support network — through every stage of the adoption and foster care journey, from education to integration. For more information, please contact Missy Rock.
Prayer Opportunities:
At Trinity, we provide several ways to give and receive prayer, because we believe no one should walk through life’s challenges alone.
Receive Prayer After Services (the “Prayer Up Front” Team):
Prayer is available to you at the front of the Worship Center after every Sunday service. The “Prayer Up Front” Team, affectionately known as the PUF Team, is available to listen to your needs, pray with you, and pray for you. If additional prayer support is needed, this team can also share your requests with our elders, staff, and other members of the Prayer Team. No matter what you are walking through, you will be met with love, grace, and care.
If you are interested in serving on the PUF Team, please contact Pastor Jason Maloney.
Fill Out a Connect Card:
On Sundays, you can share your prayer request by scanning the QR code on the seatback in front of you and completing our digital connect card. Physical connect cards are also available and can be placed in the giving baskets as you exit the Worship Center or in the boxes located in the lobby.
When sharing your request, please indicate whether you would like it to remain confidential (shared only with our elders, staff, and Prayer Team) or be included in our church-wide prayer email.
