Christ’s followers are to live in vital relationship. The fact that the New Testament contains 59 “one another’s” illustrates this: “Love one another” (John 15:17), “Be devoted to one another…” (Romans 12:10), “…Honor one another above yourselves (Romans 12:10), “Encourage each other…” (I Thessalonians 5:11)….
This level of friendship cannot be formed in a crowd. That is why we offer mid-sized groups called Adult Bible Fellowships or ABFs that range in size from 20 to 60 people, where it is easy to establish or deepen friendships beyond the large worship services at Trinity. Adult Bible Fellowships have the following four characteristics:
- Bible-centered – Every week a Bible topic or Bible portion is taught.
- Friendship-based – Enjoy refreshment and time to talk about common interests. You may not know everyone’s name in a group of 20-60 but you will soon develop many new friends that will make you feel at home at Trinity.
- Outreach oriented – Every ABF plans multiple ways to serve those outside of the local church in order to share the love of Jesus Christ that has transformed their lives.
- Welcoming – ABFs are always looking to include new friends who have begun to attend Trinity.
Adult Bible Fellowships are offered at 9 and 10:45 AM each Sunday, and Men’s and Women’s Ministries also offer mid-sized groups at specific times throughout the week that share these ABF characteristics. This is a great way to make new friends, study the Bible and serve together.
